The location of the Rutland Arms Hotel is excellent, situated in a central area right next to the center of Newmarket on the main street. It is convenient for exploring the town and visiting attractions like the Church of All Saints, 

staff were great and the room was loverly

It offers fantastic, stunning location.

Great spot, in a quiet neighborhood, super close to restaurants, parking, and shops. the room is a good size and has been recently spruced up. the bathroom is nice and big with a bathtub 🛁.

Friendly staff who were ready to help and give good service. Food was good by 3 star standards.

A sign indicating the whereabouts of the car park would have been helpful. Stairs were rather intimidating for older people.

Historic building with modern restaurant and excellent food.

Recently renovated suite offers charming views of the street.

The rooms are tidy and the full English breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. The location is decent and easy, 3 km from A b Racings. It is found in a nice area so close to shops including Waitrose, Sahara desert and pubs and interesting horse 

It was convenient as visiting Newmarket to see family and we arrived back in the early hours of the morning and so the night staff let us in which was fantastic as other places we would have had to return early. 

the hotel is modern and fairly clean. It offers good views over the town and the courtyard below. 3. Great and beautiful location, within a short walking distance of everywhere we needed.

The room was warm, comfortable and very relaxing. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a varied choice. The only complaint came from my partner - no decent draught bitter!

Beds not overly comfortable/big. Bar is often understaffed

The room is modern but still keeps a traditional charm, and the bathroom is spotless.

I loved the room, it was well-kept and included with a nice bathroom and an ironing board plus TV.
